It’s easy to continue to do things the way they have always been done without taking a step back to consider their effectiveness or the consistency with which they are implemented. We will help you formalize your policies and procedures to save time for your staff and minimize challenges during staff transitions.

Volunteer management

 

Volunteers are the backbone of nonprofit organizations, and there are never enough available. We will join forces with you to design a volunteer program that will recruit, train, and thank volunteers to ensure a satisfying, long-term relationship for both the volunteer and the organization.
